Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Lead manufacturing strategy, capacity and factory performance across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Set manufacturing strategy and capacity investment plans
• Lead factory managers and production planning
• Drive automation, lean manufacturing and cost reduction
• Ensure quality, safety and maintenance standards
• Report factory KPIs to the board

Requirements

• Bachelor in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; Master degree preferred
• 15+ years in aluminium or metal manufacturing, 5+ at director level
• Experience setting up or expanding factories

How success is measured

• Output and OEE vs plan
• Cost per unit
• Zero lost-time incidents
