Financial Controller

Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Build IPO-ready financial control, reporting and governance across the Al Zhbya Holding companies.

Key responsibilities

• Own IFRS reporting and consolidated group accounts
• Design and enforce internal financial controls
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash management
• Manage external audit and tax compliance
• Prepare board and lender reporting packs

Requirements

• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance; ACCA, CPA or CMA
• 10+ years, including Big Four audit or group controllership
• Consolidation, IFRS and internal control expertise
• IPO or listed-company experience is a strong advantage

How success is measured

• Consolidated monthly accounts on time
• Clean audit opinion
• Control findings closed
