Foreman

Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Lead installation crews on site to deliver quality work safely and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily crew work and materials with the site engineer
• Supervise installation to drawings and quality standards
• Enforce PPE and safety rules; run toolbox talks
• Report daily progress, snags and material needs in Odoo

Requirements

• 5+ years in aluminium, glass or steel installation, 2+ as foreman
• Able to read shop drawings
• Leadership of multi-nationality crews
• Valid driving licence preferred

How success is measured

• Projects handed over on time with no major snags
• Zero lost-time incidents
