ERP (Odoo) Business Analyst

Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Keep Odoo our single source of truth and automate how we work.

Key responsibilities

• Support users and fix data and process issues
• Map processes and turn requests into specifications
• Configure Odoo apps, reports and automations
• Test changes and train users
• Monitor data quality and user access

Requirements

• Bachelor in Information Systems, Business or Engineering
• 3+ years Odoo functional experience
• Understanding of accounting, inventory and manufacturing flows
• Python or SQL basics is a plus

How success is measured

• Tickets resolved within SLA
• Processes automated
• User adoption
