Role purpose
Run the factory to deliver quality products on time at the planned cost.
Key responsibilities
- Own the production plan and factory capacity
- Lead supervisors, operators and maintenance
- Enforce quality, safety and 5S standards
- Control material usage and production cost
- Report factory KPIs monthly
Requirements
- Bachelor in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 10+ years in aluminium or metal manufacturing, 4+ as manager
- ISO 9001 and lean manufacturing experience

- On-time delivery
- Cost per unit vs plan
- Zero lost-time incidents
