Business Development Manager (B2B & Government)

Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Win large B2B and government projects and build long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with developers, consultants, contractors and government entities
• Get our systems specified in consultant designs
• Track tenders and lead bid submissions
• Negotiate framework and project contracts
• Report pipeline and market intelligence monthly

Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering or Business
• 8+ years business development in construction or building materials in Qatar
• Strong network with consultants and government procurement
• Fluent Arabic and English

• Value of projects won
• Tender win rate
• Pipeline value
