Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Lead finance, capital and investor readiness for the group growth and planned IPO.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial strategy, budgeting and capital structure
• Lead banking, financing and treasury
• Deliver IFRS consolidated reporting and audit
• Prepare the group for IPO and investor relations
• Lead finance, tax and internal control teams

Requirements

• Bachelor in Finance or Accounting; CFA, ACCA or CPA; MBA preferred
• 15+ years finance, 5+ as CFO or finance director
• IPO, listing or capital-raising experience in the GCC

How success is measured

• Cash and financing headroom
• Clean audit opinion
• IPO readiness milestones
