Role purpose

Build the people strategy, culture and organisation that support growth and IPO readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Own the organisation design and workforce plan
• Set reward, performance and career frameworks
• Lead talent acquisition and leadership development
• Ensure Qatar Labour Law and WPS compliance
• Advise the board on succession and governance

Requirements

• Bachelor in HR or Business; senior CIPD or SHRM certification
• 15+ years HR, 5+ leading the function in a multi-company group
• Strong knowledge of GCC labour laws

How success is measured

• Key roles filled on time
• Employee turnover
• Compliance findings
