Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Lead projects, installation and operations to deliver every order on time, safely and profitably.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery performance across projects and sites
• Align sales, production and installation plans
• Drive operational efficiency and cost control
• Build scalable processes on Odoo
• Lead operations managers and their teams

Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering; MBA or PMP preferred
• 15+ years operations in contracting or manufacturing, 5+ at director level
• Proven multi-site delivery in the GCC

• On-time delivery rate
• Operating margin
• Zero lost-time incidents
