Draughtsman

Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Prepare accurate shop drawings and fabrication details for aluminium, glass and pergola systems.

Key responsibilities

• Produce shop drawings, sections and fixing details
• Prepare cutting lists and bills of materials
• Update drawings to consultant comments
• Keep a controlled drawing register

Requirements

• Diploma in Architectural or Mechanical Drafting
• 3+ years shop drawings for aluminium, glazing or façades
• Expert AutoCAD; LogiKal or similar is a plus

How success is measured

• Drawings issued on schedule
• Drawing errors found in production
