Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Lead Al Zhbya International day to day and deliver the approved strategy, budget and growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Run all departments through clear targets and monthly reviews
• Deliver revenue, margin and cash targets
• Build the management team and succession plans
• Ensure governance, compliance and IPO readiness
• Report performance to the CEO and the board

Requirements

• Bachelor degree; MBA preferred
• 15+ years in construction, façades or building materials, 5+ as GM or equivalent
• Proven P&L ownership in the GCC
• Fluent Arabic and English

How success is measured

• Revenue and net profit vs budget
• Operating cash flow
• Customer satisfaction
