Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Screen applications and schedule interviews
• Prepare onboarding documents
• Update employee records
• Support training and engagement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor in HR or Business (fresh graduates welcome)
• Good Arabic and English
• Organised and discreet

How success is measured

• Interviews scheduled on time
• Records accuracy
