Installation Team Leader

Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Lead a small installation crew to finish each job correctly, safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Organise the crew, tools and materials for each job
• Install and check systems to drawing
• Make sure the crew follows safety rules
• Report progress, photos and snags daily

Requirements

• 5+ years aluminium or glass installation, 1+ leading a crew
• Able to read drawings
• Valid driving licence preferred

How success is measured

• Jobs completed on schedule
• Call-backs after handover
