Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Support buyers with RFQs, orders and supplier follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Send RFQs and collect supplier quotations
• Prepare comparison sheets
• Follow up deliveries and documents
• Keep supplier data up to date in Odoo

Requirements

• Bachelor degree (fresh graduates welcome)
• Good English and Excel
• Organised and detail-oriented

How success is measured

• RFQs sent within 24 hours
• Follow-ups on time
