Quality Manager (QA/QC)

Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Lead quality management and certification so our products meet international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the ISO 9001 quality management system
• Set inspection and test plans for factory and site
• Manage non-conformances and corrective actions
• Lead product testing and certifications
• Audit suppliers and train staff on quality

Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering
• 7+ years QA/QC in aluminium, glazing or manufacturing
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certificate
• Knowledge of EN and ASTM product standards

How success is measured

• Customer complaints and rework
• Non-conformances closed on time
• Certification audits passed
