Sales Coordinator (Fresh Graduate)

Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Support the sales team so quotations, follow-ups and orders move quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and sales documents in Odoo
• Schedule site visits and customer meetings
• Follow up customers on pending quotations
• Keep CRM data complete and clean

Requirements

• Bachelor degree (fresh graduates welcome)
• Good Arabic and English
• Organised with strong Excel skills

How success is measured

• Quotations issued within 24 hours
• CRM data completeness
