Sales Supervisor

Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Supervise daily sales activity so every lead is followed up and every order is complete.

Key responsibilities

• Assign leads and check response times daily
• Review quotations for accuracy before they are sent
• Join key site visits and closing meetings
• Track advance payments and order hand-over
• Report weekly results to the Sales Manager

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor degree
• 4+ years sales in building materials, 1+ supervising
• Valid Qatar driving licence
• Arabic and English

How success is measured

• Team conversion rate
• Lead response time
• Quotation error rate
