Senior Accountant

Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Own the monthly close and reliable financial reporting for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly management accounts and project profitability
• Control receivables, payables and the cash forecast
• Prepare audit schedules and support external auditors
• Supervise and review junior accountants

Requirements

• Bachelor in Accounting; ACCA, CMA or CPA (or in progress)
• 6+ years experience, including contracting or manufacturing
• Strong IFRS knowledge
• Hands-on ERP (Odoo preferred)

• Close completed by working day 10
• Audit adjustments
• Reporting accuracy
