Assistant Team Leader

Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Support the team leader and lead the crew in their absence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tools and materials before each job
• Install systems to drawing with the crew
• Check quality and cleanliness before handover
• Lead the crew when the team leader is absent

Requirements

• 3+ years aluminium or glass installation
• Able to read basic drawings
• Safe use of power tools

How success is measured

• Jobs completed on schedule
• Rework
