Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Own the commercial strategy, revenue growth and pricing across all channels and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Set the commercial strategy, targets and pricing policy
• Lead sales, business development and key accounts
• Open new markets and channels across the GCC
• Approve major bids and commercial terms
• Report pipeline and forecasts to the board

Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred
• 15+ years commercial leadership in construction or building materials
• Strong GCC network with developers, consultants and government

How success is measured

• Revenue and gross margin vs plan
• New market revenue
• Forecast accuracy
