HR Manager

Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Run HR operations so people are hired, paid and developed correctly and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment together with line managers
• Run payroll, WPS and end-of-service calculations
• Manage contracts, visas and employee files
• Run performance reviews and training plans
• Handle employee relations and discipline fairly

Requirements

• Bachelor in HR or Business; CIPD or SHRM preferred
• 8+ years HR in Qatar, 3+ as manager
• Strong Qatar Labour Law and payroll knowledge

How success is measured

• Payroll accuracy
• Time to hire
• Documents renewed before expiry
