Role purpose

Keep our systems, network and devices secure, available and supported.

Key responsibilities

• Manage network, servers, CCTV and telephony
• Run user support and device management
• Enforce backups, access control and cybersecurity
• Manage IT vendors and licences

Requirements

• Bachelor in IT or Computer Science
• 7+ years IT, 2+ as manager
• Networking and security certifications (CCNA, Security+)

How success is measured

• System uptime
• Tickets resolved within SLA
