IT Support Engineer

Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Help staff with devices, accounts and systems quickly and courteously.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve user issues on laptops, phones and printers
• Set up accounts and access for new staff
• Support network, CCTV and attendance devices
• Log every request as a ticket

Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma in IT (fresh graduates welcome)
• Basic networking knowledge
• Good communication skills

How success is measured

• Tickets resolved within SLA
• User satisfaction
