Production Engineer

Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Plan and improve fabrication so orders are produced right first time and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Convert approved drawings into work orders and routings
• Balance machine and labour capacity
• Set quality checks at each stage
• Reduce scrap, rework and cycle time
• Maintain bills of materials in Odoo

Requirements

• Bachelor in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 3+ years production in aluminium or metal fabrication
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is a plus

How success is measured

• On-time production
• Scrap and rework rate
• Machine utilisation (OEE)
