Projects Manager

Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Lead the projects department to deliver every project safely, profitably and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Own the portfolio schedule, budget and resources
• Lead engineers, foremen and installation teams
• Manage key clients, consultants and contractors
• Control variations, claims and collections
• Report project KPIs to management monthly

Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering; PMP is a strong advantage
• 10+ years in façades, aluminium or specialist contracting, 4+ as manager
• Qatar engineer registration
• Proven project delivery in the GCC

How success is measured

• On-time delivery rate
• Portfolio gross margin
• Customer satisfaction at handover
