Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Lead quality, health, safety and environment across factories and sites to international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the integrated ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management system
• Set QHSE policy, targets and audit plans
• Lead product certification and client audits
• Review serious incidents and major non-conformances
• Report QHSE performance to management

Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering
• 12+ years QA/QC and HSE, 4+ leading the function
• ISO Lead Auditor and NEBOSH qualifications

• Zero lost-time incidents
• Customer complaints
