Al Zhbya International designs, manufactures and installs smart pergolas, aluminium and glass systems across Qatar.

Role purpose

Keep stock accurate, safe and available when production and sites need it.

Key responsibilities

• Receive goods against purchase orders and check quality
• Issue materials only against approved requests
• Record every movement in Odoo the same day
• Run cycle counts and report differences
• Keep the store organised and safe

Requirements

• Diploma or secondary education
• 3+ years storekeeping in construction or manufacturing
• Hands-on ERP inventory experience
• Forklift licence is a plus

How success is measured

• Stock count accuracy
• Movements recorded the same day
